About
As soon as he got out of college, Ken Byrd didn’t just know he wanted to be in customer service, he wanted to make a career of it. 

His first agency job was in 1993 as an assistant receptionist at Jack Morton Worldwide, which grew over the 14 years into a behind-the-scenes jack of all trades helping employees and clients. Then came seven years at TBA Global, and then nine at Gyro LLC/Merkle, where after 30 years in the agency field, he has not slowed down and now sports a successful career as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Motion!
