Background
Started career at a leading direct marketing firm which was eventually acquired by FCB. From there, helped pioneer the integration of direct marketing within shopper marketing (it wasn’t called Shopper back then). Focused on building databases and customer loyalty programs within manufacturers, packaged goods companies, retail brands and more.
